- Comfortable climbing to the top
- Stamina to stay in the air for several minutes
Class Description: In Intermediate Aerial Silks, students will build upon foundational moves, deepen their understanding of how moves and wraps relate to one another, and focus on increasing stamina through sequences.
The instructor will begin class with targetted warm ups and drills. Students should plan to do a general warm-up before class, and a general cool down after class.
Material Covered Includes: Learning & strengthening inversions; Drops; Developing sequencing/choreography; Deeper exploration into transitions & taxonomy
