Intro to Mixed Hard Apparatus
with Chelsea Weekley

Pre-requisites: None

In this introductory class, students will get to explore the lyra and trapeze and become familiar with principles and techniques used on those apparatuses. After a brief warm up, students will dive into learning moves and methods that will help develop a strong foundation in these aerial apparatuses while learning about their rich and varied aerial styles.
