Mixed Hard Apparatus
Pre-requisites: None
Class Description:
Students will get to explore the lyra and trapeze and become familiar with principles and techniques used on those apparatuses. After a brief warm up, students will dive into learning moves and methods that will help develop a strong foundation in these aerial apparatuses while learning about their varied aerial styles.
Apparatuses:
- Single Tab Lyra (Partially Taped)
- Tabless Lyra (Untaped)
- Single Point Trapeze
